R&D center is set up to establish cooperation with world-renowned hemp research institutes and universities to further explore the field of planting, harvesting, degumming and industrial applications, and a number of international and domestic patent certificates has been granted by related authorities.

An automatic degumming equipment is developed independently, which has shortened the time period of 2-3 months of traditional degumming method. Also,traditional sewage treatment is deserted, and brand-new degumming process by biological fungus instead of caustic soda is applied, which is pollution-free.Environmental goal is achieved throughout the whole process of hemp.

"Hanma No. 1" is independently developed by Sky Green bio-new material technology co.,ltd., with complete independent intellectual property rights. Three types of agricultural products such as hemp bast, flax debris and soft pulp can be harvested by Hanma No.1 in the field and directly transported to the processing base. The utilization rate of hemp crop resources can be increased from 40% to 95%. In the harvest season, one can meet the harvest and primary processing requirements of 6000mu of hemp, which will completely end the traditional production mode of hemp, say goodbye to a series of tedious and heavy agricultural work. The birth of "Hanma No.1" marked the beginning of a new era of hemp production, and the emergence of modern production mode on the historical stage.

Sky Green cooperates with Institute of hemp, Chinese academy of agricultural sciences, Heilongjiang academy of agricultural sciences and other global scientific research institutions to actively carry out the R&D of hemp fiber material, health food and medicine, etc. At present, Sky Green has applied for and obtained more than 100 international and domestic patents including HPC flooring, CBD extraction and separation technology, biological new material, etc., opening a new door for hemp applications in high-end emerging industries.
